Development marks first partnership between BCC Construction and Lloyd Jones
PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (July 30, 2021) -- BCC Construction, a Prospect Real Estate Development Group company, has been awarded AVIVA at Port St. Lucie, a $30 million senior living center, for Miami-based developer, Lloyd Jones. The age-restricted residential complex will be located in St. Lucie West at 590 NW Lake Whitney Place, Port St Lucie, Fla., between Lake Whitney Professional Park and West Park Professional Center.
The 159-unit building will offer residents housing at an affordable price, along with services and amenities to help provide an independent lifestyle for active seniors. These services include maintenance-free property upkeep, housekeeping, laundry services, restaurant-style dining, and controlled access. The building is conveniently within walking distance to restaurants, businesses, and shopping. Residents will also have opportunities for recreational activities and socializing, access to an onsite health and wellness director, and a la carte services, including transportation.

The project is expected to begin construction in early August 2021 and is expected to be completed early 2023.
